SHE..

A girl once opened her eyes to the world a few years too late…she had been locked in innocence...She was held prisoner by fate.
She was surprised by her encounter with the reality…and she realized that every face was a mask of duality.
She had faith in her heart and thrill in her mind…but she really did not know what she was about to find!!!
Though she did not believe in fairytales… she thought she could handle life when it derails…

She sat by the sea and smiled to the wind…left footprints on sand and now she wishes that she didn’t!!!

She walked on by…so as not to be left behind by the flow.
She started new every time but it ended the same…
So much so that she felt cheated and scared.
And now she sits in front of the mirror, trying to retrace her steps.
But he holds her hands…and asks her to reflect.
He erases her past and all the tears she cried…
But he forgot to undo the bitterness inside!!!

Now she looks into his eyes and she knows the damage is done...
His hurt stabs her in the heart…her guilt has nowhere to run.
She pleads for him to speak because his silence sucks all the air

She is unable to breathe…his forgiveness is the only repair.
As the minutes tick by…she digs her nails deeper into her skin,
She hopes he won’t hate her…for the way she has been...
But generous as he is…he smiles his angelic smile…
